1. Do you offer refunds?
No, we offer exchanges only. Refunds are not available.
2. How long do I have to request an exchange?
You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order. After that window, exchanges cannot be processed.
3. How do I request an exchange?
Simply send us a message with your order details. Once approved, you can ship the item back to us, and we will exchange it after receiving it.
4. Can I exchange underwear or intimate items?
No. Due to hygiene standards, underwear and intimate items are non-exchangeable. Please confirm your size before ordering.
5. What if I received a damaged or incorrect product?
Please message us immediately with a photo and a short video showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement.
6. How long does delivery take?
- Karachi orders are delivered sooner.
- Out-of-city orders can take up to 7 days, depending on the courier.
7. What are your delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary based on your location.
- Out-of-Karachi DC is higher than local Karachi DC.
- Final charges will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
- For Karachi orders, we offer flexible payment options (you can specify if needed).
- For out-of-Karachi orders, we currently accept bank transfers only.
Once you share a screenshot or proof of payment, your order is confirmed.
