Please note that we offer exchanges only – no refunds.
Exchange Window:
- Exchange requests must be communicated within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Simply send the item back to us, and we’ll process the exchange once received.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Due to hygiene standards, underwear and intimate items cannot be exchanged.
Please double-check your size and product details before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Product:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
- Send us a photo and short video of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement for you.
